This blog is long overdue therefore I will need to back track a bit to get everything up to speed.  Let's start from the beginning...We purchased a foreclosure August 2010 after four months of paper work, credit checks, inspections, etc.  It was a painful process as anyone can attest to who has been involved with the foreclosure process.  Luckily we finally closed on August 27, 2010!!!  Our families and friends thought we were crazy based on the amount of work ahead of us, but we were ready for the challenge.  Let the projects begin!
